hey! so this weekend i am doing almost nothing but scrapbooking! working around the clock getting ready for CHA next week! just wanted to share this new cute apron i got for the show. so excited!
i am also quite excited about jason schwartzman's new side project.
i always get really inspired by stuff like this. people who always have a lot of art going on in their world.... LOVE it!

Gotta Love Sara Bareilles!!!! She's a mix between Norah Jones & Pink! My 14 yo daughter and I found her and fell in love! So fresh! Love "One Sweet Love". Chk her out!

Currently for me, it's the Music and Lyrics Soundtrack. Oh so good pop music. Coconut Records has been playing alot on our IPod, too! My hubs loves anything by the Schwartzman brothers.

I am totally digging Black Happy music right now. My husband found a unopened cd on the net and ordered it, it totally rocks and gives me energy. Them and Fall out Boy right now, would be my favs. As far as art I find great motivation in anyone who is living their passion and actually doing something about them. People can talk, but when they actually do it- it is totally motivating and gives me hope that I can fulfill my life dreams!

Love the colors of summer fashions; coral, watermelon, aqua, and pink are favs. Love going to the Indpls. Art Museum. They have a big Love statue in front. (the one with the tilted o).

Elsie the aprons are amazing! My huge fashion crush right now is polka dots. They're on my headbands, on my purse, in my scrapbooking, everywhere. As for my music crush that would definitely be The Plain White T's. Love them!

First off, Jason is such a cutie pie...as far as inspiration goes...I'm totally loving the vocal stylings of Peter, Bjorn and John (Amsterdam is #1) as well as tunes from Across the Universe (can't wait to see that flick), artistically I'm digging on way too much stuff to mention on Etsy and as far as fashion goes...well, not so much fashion inclined but I love anything vintage...just found the cutest *real* vintage t at the thrift store...it says "dyn-o-mite" LOVE IT :)

Only in my dreams will I be at CHA...
As far as art and music I am lovin Leeland right now and their album Sounds of Melodies. Every song on this album is great which is a very rare thing. I am wondering right now in the art world taking in all I can for inspiration. Comin to see your stuff more and more which is always a treat...

anyhoo...my fave. group right now is Bird and the Bee..saw their video on the Red velvet blog and i LOVED IT!!! my girls were also humming the song "again and again" my hubby thought we were going crazy!!!and really? any other music is basically what i've always listened to..U2, Bjork, Seal..love Lily Allen..so much great music out there!!!

My music crush at the moment is Xavier Rudd. I love him. But I can't love him too much or my husband will get jealous.
My fashion crush - knee high socks with skirts. It's winter here in Oz Land. I feel like I am going back to school, but this time not as nerdy.
My art crush - Robert Doisneau. A beautiful french photographer. His pictures are amazing. I have prints all over my house.
