Hello, dear readers! This is Sarah from Sweetestnest, and I could not be more excited to add a style post to Elsie's parade of Tricks + Treats!
I think that braids are one of the most versatile and easy hairstyles to wear during Autumn. They are textured and seemingly unintentional, or smoothed and polished.
Today, I'm sharing the cascade/waterfall braid with you. I think it's really easy to do on yourself, and others, and you can switch it up a bit to match your day's style.
We decided to use it for a halo shape!
Step Two: After 3 or 4 weaves, drop a strand. Gather a new strand that pulls the braid toward your wanted direction. Repeat as many times as necessary until you get your desired shape.
It really is that easy!
* If you pull at strands as you go, you can get an even more defined braid shape (like Elsie's)! Love, Sarah
Thanks, Sarah! This is so much fun. You can style my hair any day.... You're the best! Love, Els
ps... here are a few sneak peeks from our shop today! the sign is up (YAY!) and so is the vinyl... now we're just doing finishing touches (i'll blog much more about this next week! this is just a tiny peek)...

I am so excited for the store!! I thought of you guys at Bath & Body Works (sorry, not handmade!) and their new anti-bacterial was Red Velvet cupcake smell! Ooh....I know, I know, I'm a dork, I bet peeps think of you everytime they walk down the cake mix aisle, too!! ;) The window looks great, I'm so excited to see more pics!!!!!! Thanks for the awesome days of tricks & treats, you are incredible and so are all of your blog friends!
