Here's my last batch of photos from the wedding rehearsal. We practiced with the real music, but none of the real words and no kiss at the end. :) It was pretty fun and helped the kiddos feel comfortable and ready for 'their big day'.
We chose to have our wedding ceremony on the third floor above Red Velvet. It's a beautiful huge old room with peeling wallpaper and large windows. Needless to say, there hadn't been an event held up there for decades, so we did a lot of work to prepare it (including building a new stair rail with Jeremy's dad). The flower backdrop for the ceremony was handmade by Jeremy and I (I'll share a tutorial at a later date). It was a combination of new paper lanterns, handmade pom-poms and fabric pieces.
This day was so special and surreal. I was more nervous the day before than on the actual wedding day. It was so good to be surrounded by our best friends and relax a little bit!
Thanks for sharing these memories with me! elsie

Absolutely beautiful. I love, love, love the backdrop. Also, is my computer playing tricks on me or is the Flower Girls hair blue-ish?

Are you going to share why Emma and Hope have blue hair? I love it, I'm just wondering if there was some kind of reasoning behind it :)From all the photos I've seen, your wedding was perfection!
