I thrifted this little "Love" frame the other day. The design is made with beads and I thought it would look cool in an art grouping in our home. Jeremy snapped these photos right before we went out to dinner (he's nice).
I got to pick a dress from Ruche's Resort Lookbook (such a pretty lookbook if you haven't had a peek). I almost never wear long dresses because I'm only 5'4", but I took a risk and absolutely LOVED this dress. I think it's my favorite summer dress.♥
Outfit Details: Dress c/o Ruche, Dream Catcher Necklace/vintage, Purse/Steve Madden, Bangle/vintage.

I love this dress, it is so similar to the Marc by Marc Jacobs! The colors feel so fresh!!!

Your dress is supercute and has a great boho vibe! I know what you mean about long dresses on a short frame as I'm barely 5'2" but I really think the continuous pattern actually makes you look taller.

love the color stripes in that dress.. very cute! great little thrift find too! i started a 'mommy + me style' feature today on my blog... a long skirt i never wear anymore and totally fell back in love with. i NEVER were long skirts but i'm thinking they are worth revisiting this summer!

I love seeing you wearing a maxi - I wonder about it sometimes because i'm 5'7 and a lot of times they're even too long for me without platforms. The other day i wore one to a wedding with 4" platform heels and was the tallest woman there - haha. It felt pretty cool, i could see above everyone.
PS. I also love how you don't tan but always look beautiful. YAY FOR THE PALES!

I almost bought such a similar print at buffalo exchange in new Orleans. It looks fabulous! I'm only 5'3", and I used to think the same think, but I found an amazing maxi at Target and then on sale at anthro. Both dresses are great go tos. Lovely look! Xo. Katie Scarlett
