Pizza is one of our favorite go-to dinner night meals! It's simple, fast, delicious and there are so many options for toppings and flavors! We thought it would be fun to show you some of our all time favorites, just a little pizza inspiration (as if the world needed any-I mean, it's pizza!).
We use homemade naan and pita bread for an easy crust option. If you have more time, or just want to be fancy you could make your own crust too.

Our pizzas included: Pineapple pesto, with pesto sauce instead of tomato, topped with pineapple and fresh mozzarella / Pepperoni Avocado, topped with tomato sauce, shredded cheese, spicy pepperoni and thick slices of avocado / Jam and Basil pizza, topped with raspberry jam, brie cheese and fresh basil. This pizza has unexpected but delicious flavors! / Asparagus and Pesto, topped with pesto sauce instead of tomato, topped with shredded asparagus and fresh mozzarella.

BBQ pizza, with BBQ sauce instead of tomato, topped with bacon, avocado and shredded cheese / Caprese pizza, with tomato sauce, topped with fresh basil, tomato and mozzarella / Brie, Honey and Grape pizza, no sauce on this sweet treat. Drizzle with a little honey just after baking! / BLT pizza, a total classic topped with tomato sauce, bacon, tomato and shredded cheese. Sprinkle on some chopped lettuce after baking / Apple and Provolone, this one is Emma's ultimate favorite with thinly sliced sour apples and provolone cheese.

(yum!)

Do you have a favorite pizza combination? Happy baking! xo. emma and elsie

Oh my goodness! These look absolutely delicious!!
I may have to run out to the supermarket and stock up on pita bread- the brie honey & grape and Asparagus & pesto are what I'm craving for right now! :)

As Italian it's very strange to me to see these "funny ways" to make pizza, here in Italy we are more "traditional" about pizza (and about food in general in my opinion). I mean, here you'll never find a pizza with fruits or sweet flavours... but pictures above are sooo tempting! Hey, this Italian will give it a try :D

I once saw an interesting fusion recipe for a sauerkraut and salami pizza, which was surprisingly tasty, but really I'm a ham and pineapple girl through and through when it comes to pizza ('Pizza Hawaii' as it's called here in Germany). Since I follow a wheat free diet by necessity, I always have to make my own as I've yet to come across a pizza delivery place that caters to special diets. Making 'pitta pizzas' (with gluten free pitta breads from the health food store) is always a quick and popular option for me.

Pizzas look delicious!
But I don't understand this trend of drinking out of jars... What's the idea behind it?

Yummy! My favourite mini pizza combination is persto + goat cheese + dried tomatoes! But only for mini pizzas, because it is quite strong...

Uoh! Unbelievable! They look all great! I would try to make them next time. I have one suggestion: Pesto, goat cheese and semi dried tomatoes (in oil).
Thanks for the ideas!
