That's such a lovely idea! I always have some notebooks or journals with me, but they are mostly quite boring from the outside. That's perfect for prettying them up! Thanks for all your great DIYs and inspiration! I love reading your blog!

CUTIE!

Dear Elsie, as always a beautiful idea and so easy :) Thank you!

Instagram is the best! I'm so happy that it's finally available on Android...I can't stop playing with it.

I used to do something similar for my planner! I'd buy the cheapest, (and most of the time ugliest) planner I could find, and make a cover for it in photoshop with photos or an artwork I liked. It's a great way to get something original and save some money!

the cover looks professional, how fantastic is that!!

A lovely idea,, would make cute gifts also.

What a great idea! I've only just got an iPhone but am already loving Instagram... would be great to use them in another creative way.

Amazing! So simple & so cute! You're full of inspirations Elsie :)

What a shame that I can't download Instagram on my phone :(

I do something like this with my students' writing notebooks. We take an extra step and "laminate" the entire notebook. If I catch a sale on clear contact paper we'll use that, but usually we just end up using packing tape.

such an awesome idea!! :] I think I'll try it out when I have more instagram photos!

Now that I have instagram for my android phone. I can't wait to do this project. I have tons of idea book and this would be a nice addition.

Thanks!

Love this idea! I recently printed off a bunch of instagram photos for my walls and I have some left over--this could be the perfect way to use them!

where do you buy your washi tape??

That's so easy! And so cool!

Emily, this tape is from Michael's. It's part of the Smash Book collection (scrapbooking section). XO!

What a great idea! Very creative!
