I'm probably the only person left who hadn't tried out ice cube coffee. The concept is simply enough: brew some really strong coffee, let it cool, pour it into an ice cube tray and freeze it to use in homemade ice coffee or fancy treats. This morning I made an easy Mocha Chip Frappe by blending together: 4 coffee ice cubes, 2 scoops chocolate ice cream, a small handful of chocolate chips and 1/3 cup milk.
Next I'm going to try a vanilla version with caramel! Do you like making your own homemade coffee treats? Have a favorite you'd like to share? xo. Emma

Oh, yummy! Perfect for relaxing in the backyard. :)

Ooh! I can't drink the Starbucks stuff, but I have coffee ice cubes and chocolate Swedish Glace in the freezer. I might have to test this out. :)

I like my coffee hot, even when it's 100 degrees out. But what a nice treat for Hubby! I'll definitely give this a try.

I made something similar to that once, minus the ice cream. Instead I used chocolate syrup, and I added a banana! Loved the flavor.

That sounds so delish! And it's about that time for cold coffee. Soon enough it'll be way too hot around here for hot coffee!

Just the other day I poured some coffee in trays to make cubes! Haven't tried anything with them yet, so this came just in time! Yay!

You're not the last person- I've never heard of that, but it sounds awesome! What kind of blender do you have? Mine is bad at blending ice cubes (and so is every blender my family has ever owned).
