Our worlds are a little bit more quiet than normal because we are both working from home today. These are a few photos from my home. Since our book has been turned in we're working on getting caught up with e-mails, blog goals and new summer ideas. In a week or two we are going to start outlining book numer two. Crazy! Today I spent the morning and some of the early afternoon hours walking around my city. Got ice coffee and a pastry at a favorite bakery across town. Went to the grocery to pick up a few things for dinner and then explored some of the businesses and cool shops and streets around my neighborhood before finally heading home to do some cleaning. Painted my nails fun colors, read blogs and took pictures afterwards. Made a cold pasta salad for dinner and a lemonade and gin cocktail with cucumbers for the hubby and I. Enjoying some mellow time now on the porch with iPad and a book I want to start reading while my sweetie and some friends record their new podcast. Hope you are having a great evening!

Almost every day is quiet for me!!! =) My husband is working everyday, and 'm working from home... No babies.. no pets... so.. Quiet =))) A lot of music though, but still =)
