6a00d8358081ff69e2015434781ab7970c-800wiThis past month I've been making a lot of smoothies and infused waters at home. This recipe is my favorite flavor combination that I've found so far! As you know, my sis is the cook of the family. She makes fun of me because the only thing I seem to be successful at in the kitchen is making drinks. Smoothies and cocktails are my specialty! At least I finally have one...♥ 

 

Here's what I blended: 3/4 cup frozen raspberries, 1/2 cup frozen peaches, 1/2 cup frozen dark cherries, a banana, 5-10 mint leaves, 1 cup water. This serves two and makes a very dense smoothie. You can add more water if you want a lighter version. I also add a tablespoon of honey and a sprinkle of truvia to most smoothies. This recipe is tart and minty, which I love!
